Sweetgrass braids have been used as a smudge by Native peoples of Canada and United States for many generations. It is used to bless and bring sweetness to a ceremony. It has a lovely fragrance and can be burned and the smoke used to purify the ceremonial space. Consider your home and office to also be a sacred space.
