We offer a 30-day Workmanship Warranty free of charge.
Resizing, altering or modifying the merchandise in any way will void your warranty. General wear and tear, misuse and tarnishing are not covered under the warranty. The warranty does not cover lost or stolen items. The customer is responsible for shipping charges.
After 30 days, we offer repair service for a fee. To contact us about a repair, complete the Return Merchandise Authorization form below and select Repair from the drop-down menu. Please note that not all items can be repaired. Jewelry repairs take approximately 3-6 weeks to allow for silversmithing work to be completed.
