Glendora Fragua Sgrafitto Bear Seed Pot

This contemporary seed pot from award-winning Jemez potter Glendora Fragua showcases the sophisticated detail and vibrant personality of her work. Created through traditional Pueblo methods, the pot was entirely made by hand, from the gathering of clay to polishing, painting and firing. Seed pot features a bear design accented by nature inspired and traditional designs that have been etched by hand into the red polished surface of the pot, symbolizing gifts of nature.

Glendora Fragua was born into a family of talented artists from Jemez Pueblo, she is the daughter of Juanita Fragua and the sister of BJ Fragua and sculptor Cliff Fragua

Seed pot measures 2-3/8" long and wide, stands 3-1/4" tall. Comes with a certificate of authenticity.
